I submitted a complaint regarding my washing machine repair. Since it has been nearly a week since I gave the machine, (which was supposed to be delivered to me within a day), I requested for a replacement of the machine.
Everyday I have changed my travel programme with the assurance from the samsung people that I will be getting the machine but it has not happened.
Regarding the replacement of the machine, I got a call from the Samsung executive who informed me that the the machine will not be replaced and I can do whatever I want. Such high-handedness of the Samsung company should not go unnoticed. I want nothing other than a replacement. The service of the company has caused me great mental agony and I request the concerned authorities to take stringent action against Samsung.
